First Commercial Kitchen
Wing Snob officially opens a small takeout window on Eureka Rd with just 6 signature flavors. Lines form within the first week and the restaurant sells out every day for a month straight.
Full Restaurant Opens
Demand grows so rapidly that we expand into a full sit-down restaurant at our current 23310 Eureka Rd location. The menu grows to 15 flavors and weekend waits hit 45 minutes.
Catering Launch & Awards
Wing Snob launches its catering service and lands its first major corporate contract. Wins "Best Wings in Southeast Michigan" from the Metro Detroit Food Awards for the first time.
Online Ordering & Delivery
